Constantine G. Soras is a highly-regarded economist at Verizon Communications Corp. and also does economic advising. Constantine scored as the most accurate forecaster for 2005, according to predictions surveyed by BusinessWeek. Soras was born in Patras, Greece, and got a bachelor of arts in mathematics at the University of Patras. He came to the U.S. for graduate school, earning both his masters and doctorate degrees in economics from Columbia University.
Peter Austin Vlachos is the founding principal of Austin Investment Management. Peter has overseen day-to-day management of the Austin Global Equity Fund since its inception in 1993. He has more than 40 years of investment management experience. At present, he serves as Chief Investment Officer for Austin’s private and institutional advisory business and Co-Manager of the Austin Global Equity Fund. Before founding Austin in 1989, Peter was a Portfolio Manager at Neuberger & Berman. Prior to that position, he was President and Chief Investment Officer of the Dreyfus Leverage Fund. Peter holds a B.A. in History, Government and Economics from Colby College.

Anastasopoulos is portfolio manager at Newton Capital Partners, LP, and Managing Director, Private Client Services, Bear Stearns & Co.(since 1995).Prior to joining Bear Stearns, he was a bond futures trader at Granite Capital International, a New York-based hedge fund.He has also workedas an M&A banker with Baring Brothers & Co., focusing on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries; and as an analyst at Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Inc.Mr.. Anastasopoulos received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1986, and was elected to the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society.He has also completed the Finance curriculum at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
