The Hellenic American Bankers
Association will honor Michael Psaros, of KPS Capital Partners, LP as its 2014
Executive of the Year on Thursday, May 1, 2014 at the Union League Club of New
York City. A cocktail reception from
6:00 pm to 7:00 pm will precede the seated dinner at which Mr. Psaros will be
honored. Dignitaries will be in attendance as guests of honor. FOX 5 News Anchor Ernie Anastos will begin
the event with opening remarks.
Michael Psaros is a Co-Founder and Co-Managing
Partner of KPS Capital Partners, LP (www.kpsfund.com)
and a member of its Investment Committee.

on the Board of Directors of 17 former KPS portfolio companies and served as
Chairman of six.
Psaros received a BSBA from Georgetown University in 1989 and attended Sofia
University in Tokyo, Japan.
Psaros and his spouse created The Robin and Michael Psaros Endowed Chair in
Business Administration at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business,
where Mr. Psaros presently serves as Vice Chairman of the Executive Board of
Advisors. He also serves on the Board of
Advisors of the Georgetown University Center for Financial Markets and Policy.
Psaros is a frequent speaker on turnarounds and manufacturing, and has been
featured in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Buyouts, Private Equity
International, M&A Magazine, CNBC and numerous other business and financial

Greek Orthodox Church in Weirton, West Virginia.
Hellenic American Bankers Association (HABA) will be celebrating its 32nd
anniversary. HABA was established in 1982 to promote the professional and
educational interests of Hellenic-Americans in the banking and financial
services industries. Since its inception, HABA has strived to serve the
interests of the Hellenic-American financial professionals through the
